The student/athlete MUST have the following BEFORE they can condition or tryout:
1-Physical dated and signed after May 1, 2024
2-Sudden Cardiac Arrest form signed and dated after May 1, 2024
3-Concussion education form signed and dated after May 1, 2024

CROSS COUNTRY

The cross-country team is conditioning Monday-Friday from 7-9am at two locations. I closely watch the weather and cancel in advance of thunderstorms.
- Bluebird Park/Jeff Robertson Park in West Ghent (next to the Elizabeth River Trail and the Weyanoke Bird Sanctuary): 1509 Armistead Bridge Rd, Norfolk, VA 23507 - it allows us to avoid car traffic on the trail and it has a water fountain at the park
- Lamberts Point Public Open Space - 4301 Powhatan Ave, Norfolk, VA 23508
